Ministerial Infrastructure Designation documents

A Ministerial Infrastructure Designation (MID) is a planning process for delivering certain types of community supporting infrastructure. The process provides a streamlined way to:

• assess land use planning matters relating to the project proposal
• consider advice from other state agencies and technical experts
• gather and consider input from the community.

Public consultation on the project’s MID application closed on 4 November 2024 . These MID application documents reflect the most up-to-date information at the end of the Preliminary Design stage, and are subject to change.
