Combustible cladding in government buildings
We have taken action on combustible cladding in our own buildings, with 94% of government buildings either undergoing rectification or already complete.
We expect to complete the rectification program in 2025. Until then, we’ve implemented interim fire safety risk mitigation measures to ensure buildings are safe to occupy.
To provide visibility of our cladding assessment process, we’ve listed government-owned sites with affected buildings below. We remove sites from the list when a specialist fire safety engineer is satisfied that rectification works have been completed on all affected buildings.
