New social homes for Emu Park

We’re constructing 20 social and 6 affordable 2-bedroom homes in a factory this year before installing them on-site.

Featuring private outdoor areas and shared community spaces, these homes will be within walking distance to a local school and shops.

Anglicare Central Queensland provided the land for development, which was originally donated by Livingstone Shire Council. This collaboration has helped us to work together to deliver these homes for Queenslanders in this region.
