Forty new social homes are about to be completed on the Sunshine Coast.

The complex, made up of 32 x 1-bedroom units and 8 x 2-bedroom units, was built in partnership with Churches of Christ Housing Services.

These units have been built with accessibility in mind for people with disability and seniors with mobility needs.

Every Queenslander deserves a place to call home. As part of our Homes for Queenslanders plan, we aim to deliver 53,500 social homes by 2046. Developments like this are propelling us towards that goal.
