New social homes in Labrador

We’re transforming the site of a vacant former hotel in Labrador into 15 new 1-bedroom social homes.

Close to local shops, services and public transport, these units will be great homes for a variety of tenants, including seniors, young people and people with disability.

This is just one of the upcoming social projects we’re delivering in the Gold Coast region. We recently completed social homes in Pimpama, Nerang and Varsity Lakes, and construction is underway on homes in Miami.
